Strawberry Cheesecake Donuts

1¼ cups (160 g) all-purpose flour

1 tsp baking powder

¼ tsp baking soda

¼ tsp sea salt

½ cup sugar

¼ cup sour cream

¼ cup buttermilk

1 egg

2 tbsp melted butter

1 tsp vanilla

¼ cup freeze-dried strawberry powder

4 oz cream cheese

2 tbsp sugar

1 tbsp sour cream

½ tsp vanilla

1¼ cups powdered sugar

2–3 tbsp milk

2 tbsp strawberry powder

Pinch of salt

Heat oven to 350°F and grease your donut pan well.
Combine dry ingredients; whisk wet ones, then fold together gently.
Mix cream cheese, sugar, sour cream, and vanilla until smooth.
Fill pan ¾ full, swirl cheesecake filling through centers.
Bake 10–12 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool, dip in glaze, and allow to set before serving.
