Place eggs in boiling water (approximately 12-13 minutes). Place in ice water after for easier peeling.
While eggs cool, combine mayo, mustard, pickles, and seasoning into a bowl.
Peel eggs and cup in half. Remove yolks and place in bowl with ingredients listed above. Stir to combine.
Heat frying oil to medium-high heat. Coat halved eggs in flour. Dredge in egg. Finally coat in panko. Fry until golden brown. Remove and place on paper towel to drain grease.
Place filling in a ziplock baggie and cut the corner off. Squirt filling onto each fried egg.
Garnish with jalapeno slices. Enjoy!
