2-ingredient Pizza Rolls
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F

  2. Blend together 2 cups of Cottage Cheese (I use lactose free) with 3 eggs

  3. Option to sprinkle in oregano, salt and garlic powder for flavouring

  4. Add parchment paper to baking sheet and spray with oil

  5. Fill baking sheet evenly with mix

  6. Place in oven for 15 minutes until brown

  7. Take out and add toppings (I added marinara sauce + turkey pepperoni)

  8. Put pizza back into over for 20 min (depending how crispy you like your pizza)

  9. Take out, let cool, cut, roll and enjoy!
