Preheat oven to 190°C, fan bake
Place flour in large bowl, add yoghurt and mix with a spatula until it starts to come together
Tip onto lightly floured bench and knead until you have a smooth ball of dough
Roll out dough to 1 - 2 cm thick rectangle & spread the pizza sauce evenly, leaving 2 cm deep edge
Sprinkle the cheeses and oregano, then lay pepperoni over top
Finish with sprinkle of sliced basil
Brush edge with water, then carefully roll the long side into a long log
Cut into 10 pieces and arrange on oven tray
Spray lightly with olive oil and bake for 25 minutes
