Mix soy sauce, garlic, red chili, sesame seeds, sesame oil, and sugar.
In a pan, turn the heat to medium-high, and add the chopped spam. No need to add any oil; pan-fry for around 4-5 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.
Push the spam to the side, and add white parts of the green onion and eggs. Scramble the eggs for around 2-3 minutes.
Finally, add in the rice, roasted seaweed, and green onion, and drizzle in the sauce. Saute on high heat for another 2-3 minutes.
Optional, finish off with a fried egg and enjoy!
