Homemade Orange Creamsicles
  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the orange juice, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla until fully combined.

  2. Slowly pour in the heavy cream and milk, whisking as you go, until smooth and creamy.

  3. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if needed (it should taste slightly sweeter than you want once frozen).

  4. Pour into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top.

  5. Insert sticks and freeze for 6–8 hours, or until fully set.

  6. To remove, run molds under warm water for a few seconds and gently pull out.
