Kenji's Simple Meatballs
  1. Combine the ground pork and ground beef in a bowl.

  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the panko breadcrumbs, egg, half and half, parsley, parmesan cheese, and garlic.

  3. Add the breadcrumb mixture to the meat and mix well until fully incorporated.

  4. Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1-inch in size.

  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

  6. Fry the meatballs in batches until browned on all sides, about 2-3 minutes per batch.

  7. Transfer the fried meatballs to a sauce, such as a jarred marinara sauce, and let simmer for a few minutes to finish cooking through.

  8. Serve the meatballs with the sauce, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
