Pulled Pork Pastry
  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.

  2. On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, sprinkle a small amount of cheddar cheese.

  3. Layer on some sliced white onions and pickles.

  4. Add a portion of leftover pulled pork and drizzle with barbecue sauce.

  5. Cut the puff pastry into four equal pieces and place each piece over the pulled pork mixture.

  6. Use a fork to press down the edges of the pastry to seal them.

  7. Brush the tops with a little egg wash.

  8. Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
