Slow Cooker Dan Dan Noodles
  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground pork over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.

  2. Transfer the cooked pork to your slow cooker. Add chicken broth, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, peanut butter, rice vinegar, sesame oil, grated ginger, minced garlic, chili oil, and white pepper. Stir to combine.

  3. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, allowing the flavors to meld together beautifully.

  4. About 15 minutes before serving, cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  5. Just before serving, mix the cooked noodles into the slow cooker, ensuring they are well coated with the sauce.

  6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped peanuts, sliced green onions, and fresh cilantro.
