Protein Rice Cake S'mores
  1. Place the rice cakes on a sheet pan. Mix the Cool Whip and the protein powder. Add that to the top of each rice cake and spread evenly.

  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips for 20-second increments and stir until melted. Pour this over the rice cakes.

  3. Freeze for one or two hours until set. Enjoy cold.
