Cook diced onion in oil for 10 minutes until soft
Add garlic and herbs, cook for 2 minutes more
Boil broccoli until just soft, drain and cool
In a bowl beat eggs and season with salt and pepper
Add flour and baking powder to eggs, beat briefly
Add drained broccoli, cheeses, softened onion and herbs mix to the bowl
Line a tin and add the cake mix
Decorate with sage leaves, onion rings and walnuts
Drizzle around with extra olive oil
Bake in oven at 190°C for 35-40 minutes until firm to touch and nicely bronzed on top
Remove from oven and dust over with freshly grated Parmesan
Serve warm, at room temperature or cold
