Whisk ingredients together in a medium-sized bowl OR throw all of them into a blender for roughly 2 minutes until smooth.
Grab your favorite non-stick skillet & heat those teaspoons of butter over medium-high heat.
Cook the cakes (I use my ¼ Cup to spoon them into the skillet) until you see bubbles.
Flip the pancakes and cook for about 2 minutes per side.
