Green Pasta
  1. Cook pasta according to package directions

  2. Blanch broccoli until tender

  3. Sauté garlic in olive oil and butter

  4. Add spinach and broccoli to the garlic mixture

  5. Toss cooked pasta with the green vegetables

  6. Add lemon juice and mix well

  7. Top with parmesan cheese

  8. Add prosciutto, chilli flakes, and chilli oil to taste

  9. Season with salt and pepper
