Savory Tomato Basil Granita
  1. Peel, deseed, and refrigerate tomatoes.

  2. Simmer some of the tomato juice w/ sugar and cool, blend and strain.

  3. Mix first 4 ingredients w/ a pinch of salt, then make the granita.

  4. Serve with chives, avocado, and yogurt.
