Soy Garlic Pasta
  1. Fry the garlic and mushrooms in some oil until browned.

  2. Cook the pasta al dente.

  3. Add the soy sauce, vinegar, agave, and chili flakes (optional) to the pan.

  4. Add the cooked pasta and some pasta water.

  5. Stir in the chopped parsley and vegan Parmesan (optional).

  6. Finish cooking the pasta in the pan for 2-3 minutes.
