Chickpea And Egg Mini Pizza Bases
  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F)

  2. Drain and dry chickpeas really well using a paper towel to help the crust bake better

  3. In a food processor, blend eggs, chickpeas, and salt until smooth

  4. Spoon mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and shape into 6 thin mini pizza bases

  5. Bake 15–20 minutes until golden

  6. Add sauce and toppings

  7. Broil (grill) 3 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly

  8. Serve hot and enjoy
