Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F)
Drain and dry chickpeas really well using a paper towel to help the crust bake better
In a food processor, blend eggs, chickpeas, and salt until smooth
Spoon mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and shape into 6 thin mini pizza bases
Bake 15–20 minutes until golden
Add sauce and toppings
Broil (grill) 3 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly
Serve hot and enjoy
