Peppermint Ice Cream
  1. In a large mixing bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

  2. Blend in sweetened condensed milk until just combined.

  3. Fold in crushed peppermint.

  4. Pour into a loaf pan or baking dish and freeze until solid - about 4 hours.
