Crispy Crumb Coated Potatoes
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. Peel and cut the potatoes into small chunks.

  3. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and add the potato chunks.

  4. Boil the potatoes for 8 minutes, then drain them thoroughly.

  5. Place the drained potatoes in a large bowl.

  6. Add oil, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, and paprika to the potatoes. Mix well to ensure each piece is evenly coated.

  7. Spread the potatoes out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or lightly greased.

  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the potatoes are golden and crispy. The broil for a few minutes.

  9. Remove from the oven and serve warm.
