In a bowl combine the flour, salt and yeast.
Pour in the warm water and mix until a sticky dough forms.
Drizzle a little olive oil over the top, cover the bowl and leave it to rest for about 2 hours.
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Transfer the dough into a baking tray lined with baking paper. Let it sit for 10–20 minutes while the oven heats.
Drizzle generously with olive oil, then use your fingers to press dimples all over the dough.
Top with sea salt, chopped garlic and rosemary.
Bake for about 20 minutes until golden.
