Stuffed Breakfast Biscuits
  1. Brown 1 pound of pork sausage in a pan and set aside

  2. Scramble 4 eggs in the same pan, cook, and set aside

  3. Spray a cutting board with oil

  4. Press pre-made biscuits down flat with your hands

  5. Add a scoop of sausage, shredded sharp cheddar cheese, and a little bit of egg to each biscuit

  6. Fold the biscuit over itself

  7. Crimp the edges with a fork to keep the filling in place

  8. Place on a baking sheet

  9. Bake at 350°F for 18 to 20 minutes until golden brown

  10. Brush the tops with melted butter

  11. Sprinkle parsley over the top

  12. Serve with sausage gravy if desired
