Brown 1 pound of pork sausage in a pan and set aside
Scramble 4 eggs in the same pan, cook, and set aside
Spray a cutting board with oil
Press pre-made biscuits down flat with your hands
Add a scoop of sausage, shredded sharp cheddar cheese, and a little bit of egg to each biscuit
Fold the biscuit over itself
Crimp the edges with a fork to keep the filling in place
Place on a baking sheet
Bake at 350°F for 18 to 20 minutes until golden brown
Brush the tops with melted butter
Sprinkle parsley over the top
Serve with sausage gravy if desired
