Mizithra Cheese Pasta
  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Salt generously.

  2. While the pasta cooks, place the butter in a skillet and let it melt. Continue to cook it over medium heat, swirling the pan often, until it turns a golden brown color.

  3. Drain the pasta and toss with the browned butter, then add the cheese and stir in.

  4. Serve topped with chopped parsley.
