Simple Sesame Cabbage Salad
  1. Chop cabbage into cubes, rinse well, drain, and lightly season with salt

  2. Toast sesame seeds in a dry pan until golden, then crush lightly

  3. Mix together sesame oil and grated garlic

  4. Add chicken bouillon powder and crushed sesame seeds to the cabbage

  5. Pour over the garlic–sesame oil mixture

  6. Massage everything together with your hands until evenly coated
