High Protein Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad
  1. Cook the Barilla protein+ rotini pasta

  2. Shred the rotisserie chicken

  3. Chop the romaine lettuce and other greens into small pieces

  4. Add the cooked pasta, shredded chicken, and chopped greens to a large mixing bowl

  5. Crush the croutons and add them to the bowl

  6. Add the shaved and grated parmesan to the bowl

  7. Mix all the ingredients together until well combined

  8. Distribute the salad into meal prep containers

  9. Pack the Caesar dressing in a separate container to add at lunchtime
