Preheat oven to 200°C.
Mash the banana.
Add rolled oats, craisins and cocoa and mix well.
Using small cookie/icecream scoop/drop tablespoon sized lumps of mixture onto a greased baking tray.
Bake for 15-20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool on a wire rack.
If you’re feeling fancy drizzle cooled cookie with melted chocolate, sprinkle with coconut.
