High Protein Creamy Cucumber Chicken Salad
  1. In a medium or large jar, (or a tall cylinder to go container) add in the cooked chicken, cucumbers, cottage cheese, avocado, olive oil, mayo, vinegar, olives, dill, garlic powder, salt, pepper and close the jar and shake until everything is combined.

  2. Taste and adjust seasonings if needed.

  3. Eat out of the jar or transfer to a bowl.
