To a pressure cooker add sprouted moth beans(rinsed well) along with salt and turmeric powder. Add 1 cup water.
Pressure cook for 2 whistles in medium flame, transfer and set aside.
To the same pressure cooker heat oil add jeera let it splutter.
Add onion, ginger garlic paste and saute tuntil onions turns transparent, then add tomato puree.Cook until raw smell leaves.
Now add the spice powders, saute for a minute then add cooked moth bean along with water.
Mix well, mash it slightly and allow for a boil until well blended. Finally garnish with coriander leaves and switch off. Enjoy Moth Bean Dal!
