Combine 1 egg, 50g Greek yogurt, and 70ml milk in a bowl
Mix in 35g plain flour, 25g protein powder, and ½ tsp baking powder
Stir in 1 tbsp chia seeds
Pour mixture into a baking dish
Bake for 20-25 minutes at 180°C (350°F)
Top with a handful of raspberries and a small drizzle of maple syrup
