Protein Pancakes Bowl
  1. Combine 1 egg, 50g Greek yogurt, and 70ml milk in a bowl

  2. Mix in 35g plain flour, 25g protein powder, and ½ tsp baking powder

  3. Stir in 1 tbsp chia seeds

  4. Pour mixture into a baking dish

  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 180°C (350°F)

  6. Top with a handful of raspberries and a small drizzle of maple syrup
