Slice the Beef: Cut the beef into thin strips about ¼ inch thick, against the grain. For easier slicing, freeze the beef for 30 minutes before cutting.
Prepare the Marinade: In a bowl, mix soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, liquid smoke, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, red pepper flakes, and honey.
Marinate the Beef: Add the beef slices to the marinade and toss to coat. Seal in a ziplock bag or container and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or overnight for best results.
Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 160°F (71°C).
Cook the Jerky: Arrange the marinated beef strips in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 4-6 hours, checking periodically until the jerky reaches your desired crispness.
Cool & Serve: Once done, allow the jerky to cool before serving.
