Spicy Peanut Rice Paper Dumpling

    Chili oil base

  1. In a heated pan, add Saffola Groundnut Cold-Pressed Oil and crumble in the paneer. Stir fry until golden brown.

  2. Add mushrooms and cook until slightly browned. Add ginger, garlic, and green onion whites and sauté.

  3. Add carrot and cook for a few minutes. Season with brown sugar, soy sauce, and salt. Set aside to cool.

  4. Soak rice paper sheets in water, add the filling, and fold into dumplings.

  5. Pan fry until crispy on both sides.

  6. In a bowl, add chilli flakes, red chilli powder, peanuts, peanut butter, brown sugar, stock cube, and soy sauce. Pour hot groundnut oil over it and mix well.

  7. Toss the dumplings in the chilli oil and coat well.

  8. Serve hot, topped with green onion greens, sesame seeds, and roasted peanuts
