Cheesy Charcuterie Bread
  1. Halve an Italian Batard lengthwise

  2. Brush olive oil on top of the bread halves

  3. Top with freshly grated mozzarella cheese

  4. Add pepperoni and Genoa salami

  5. Add Castelvetrano olives and pepperoncini

  6. Sprinkle with Italian herb blend

  7. Bake at 400 degrees for about 13 minutes until cheese is melted

  8. While cheese is still bubbly, add diced fontina cheese so it sticks to the melted mozzarella

  9. Enjoy
