High Protein Lentil Bread
  1. Soak the lentils in 2 cups of water overnight or for at least 4 hours.

  2. Rinse and drain the soaked lentils.

  3. Transfer the lentils to a blender and add the eggs, Greek yogurt/cottage cheese/sour cream, olive oil, baking powder, and salt.

  4. Blend until smooth.

  5. Spray a baking pan with olive oil and transfer the batter into the pan.

  6. Top with sesame seeds (or other seeds of choice).

  7. Bake at 365°F for about 40 minutes.

  8. Allow the bread to cool completely before removing from the pan.
