Preheat the oven to 210 degrees celsius
Soften cream cheese and mix with caster sugar
Add eggs and mix well
Add thick cream and mix until smooth
Add vanilla extract and sifted flour
Mix until no dry flour is visible
Pour batter into a buttered and lined baking pan
Bake at 210 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes
Reduce temperature to 200 degrees Celsius and bake for 10 more minutes
Demould and let cool
Chill for 4 hours before serving
