  1. Pan fry the corn with butter and season with paprika and salt.

  2. Mix Mayo, paprika, chili powder, lemon juice, olive oil and mix.

  3. Pan fry the chicken breast until crispy and golden brown.

  4. In a bowl, add in chopped cucumber, pan fried corn, red onion, jalapeño, chopped chicken, cilantro and the creamy dressing.
