Sweet & Spicy Hotdog Burnt Ends
  1. Rub hotdogs with mustard and seasoning

  2. Smoke at 225 degrees for 1 hour

  3. Remove and cut into quarters then place in a pan

  4. Cover with bbq sauce, brown sugar, and butter

  5. Raise smoker to 400 degrees and cook for an additional 30 minutes

  6. Keep these warm in a slow cooker if traveling
