Place eggs gently into the air fryer basket. Cook at 120°C (see recipes notes for cooking times).
Use a large spoon to lift the eggs out of the basket and transfer to a bowl of cold water for 2 minutes. For soft and medium eggs, place into egg cups, chop off tops and serve.
For medium and hard-boiled eggs, tap the wide end gently on the bench to crack the shell, then peel off in small pieces.
