S'mores Energy Bites
  1. Line a pan with parchment paper and set aside.

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together oats, finely crushed graham crackers, chia seeds, mini-chocolate chips, and mallow bits.

  3. Add in peanut butter, honey, and vanilla and mix until well combined. You may have to use your hands to knead the mixture together really well.

  4. Scoop 1 inch balls, roll each together firmly, and place on the prepared pan. Place into the refrigerator until firm.
