Lay out three shallow bowls in a line. Tip the flour into one, beat the egg into another and put the breadcrumbs in the third.
Cut the halloumi into even-sized cubes, then coat them first in the flour, then the beaten egg and finally the breadcrumbs.
Brush with vegetable oil (or spray with spray oil) and air fry for 11-12 mins at 200°C.
Meanwhile, combine the honey and sweet chilli in a bowl. When the halloumi is done, brush the warm cheese with the honey chilli sauce mix and top with sesame seeds. Serve.
