Preheat oven to 180 C (165 C with ventilation)
Knead flour with butter , sugar , egg and baking powder to form crumbs
Place the dough into the baking pan and spread a layer, covering the bottom and the sides
For the creamy filling, mix egg yolks with oil, sugar , vanilla sugar , starch and quark
With a mixer beat 2 egg whites with lemon juice until stiff and carefully fold into the cream
Pour the mixture into the baking pan on top of the dough layer
Bake for about 50 minutes (40 min), let it cool off in the oven (NB! Open the oven door)
