Mojo Sauce
Mojo Butter
Make Mojo Sauce: Blend all ingredients until smooth. Set aside 1 tbsp for Mojo Butter.
In a large bowl, combine shrimp and remaining Mojo Sauce and mix until completely coated. Cover and marinate at room temp for 45 min-1 hour.
Prep grill. Remove shrimp from marinade, allowing it to drain off and discard marinade. Lay shrimp close to flame but not quite over it and sprinkle with salt. Cover the grill and cook 5-7 min.
Make Mojo Butter: In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, melt the butter. Remove from heat. Add 1 tbsp Mojo Sauce, garlic, soy sauce, and cayenne. Stir to mix.
Serve shrimp with Mojo Butter for dipping
