High Protein Dessert
  1. In a small pot, combine 200 grams of frozen blueberries with two tablespoons of water. Cook over low heat for about two to three minutes until the blueberries are defrosted and slightly cooked, being careful not to let them boil.

  2. While the blueberries are warming, place 250 grams of low fat or zero fat yogurt in a bowl and add the stevia if using.

  3. Sprinkle 20 grams of gelatin into a small amount of water and allow it to soak for one to two minutes.

  4. Once the gelatin has soaked, mix the warmed blueberries into the yogurt mixture.

  5. Melt the soaked gelatin in the microwave for 15 seconds, then pour it into the blueberry and yogurt mixture.

  6. Blend the mixture for about 10 seconds until everything is well combined.

  7. Pour the blended mixture into a silicone mold. Optionally, you can sprinkle some goji berries on top before serving.
