Heat a few tablespoons of oil over medium-low heat in a cast iron skillet.
Add your spices of choice.
Let the spices sizzle in the hot oil until they become very fragrant.
Add your eggs to the pan.
Let the eggs cook for a minute or two, until the whites have become opaque.
Using a small spoon, scoop up some of the hot, spiced oil and pour it over the top of the eggs.
