Dredge the chicken breast in flour, then egg, then corn flakes
Air fry at 385F for 18 to 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until internal temperature reaches 165F
In a pan, add 1 tbsp avocado oil, ½ cup lime juice, 1 tbsp honey, 1 tsp cumin, salt and pepper, and 3 chopped garlic cloves
Add ½ cup water to the pan and reduce over medium heat
Add ½ cup chopped cilantro to the sauce
Slice cucumber, cabbage, and jalapeño for the salad
Add honey pickle juice, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and lime zest to the cucumber salad
Shake the salad and assemble the sandwich with the fried chicken, sauce, and salad on ciabatta bread
