Homemade Cajun Seasoning
  1. Place 2 tablespoons smoked paprika, 2 tablespoons garlic powder, 2 tablespoons dried oregano or dried marjoram, 1 tablespoon onion powder, 1 tablespoon kosher salt, 1 tablespoon celery seeds, 1 teaspoon dried thyme, 2 teaspoons black pepper, 2 teaspoons mustard powder, 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper if desired in a small bowl and whisk to combine.

  2. Use to season meat, fish, vegetables, beans, or rice.
