Lemon-garlic Vinaigrette
  1. Add the olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, honey, garlic, onion powder, black pepper and salt to a jar or deli container.

  2. Seal the container and shake vigorously until the dressing is emulsified. It should be slightly thickened and a little sticky.

  3. Seal the dressing with a tight lid and keep it in the fridge for up to three months.
