Flatten chops between plastic wrap and season with salt & pepper.
Place a slice of prosciutto, 1 Tbsp cheese mixture & ½ leaf of basil. Roll up and toothpick closed.
Heat olive oil in pan on medium heat. Place pork rolls in heated pan browning on all sides. Remove from pan and set aside.
Add onions to pan stirring until they just start to turn translucent, add garlic and stir until fragrant. Add chicken broth scraping the brown bits off the bottom of the pan. Add marinara sauce & oregano. If you have any leftover basil you can add that to the sauce as well.
Place pork rolls into the pan and cover. Cook for 15 minutes flip roll ups and cook for an additional 15 minutes.
