Pickled Red Onions
  1. Slice 1 red onion thin

  2. Heat 1 cup vinegar + 1 cup water + 1 tsp salt + 1 tsp sugar

  3. Pour over onions in a jar

  4. Let sit at least 30 min (overnight is best!)
