Mix ground beef, diced garlic, chopped basil, seasonings, parmesan, panko breadcrumbs, and egg together well
Wet your hands and shape mixture into roughly 20 equal meatballs
Cook meatballs on high heat until halfway done with crispy sear on all sides, then set aside
Add diced garlic and chili flakes to the pan and stir until fragrant
Add crushed tomatoes, zero calorie sweetener, and salt to taste
Bring sauce to a bubble then add meatballs and simmer for 10 minutes on low heat
Cook 300 g of pasta in salt water until al dente
Add cooked pasta to the sauce with meatballs and mix well
Divide everything into four equal servings
Store for up to 5 days in the fridge - To reheat, add a tsp of water and microwave for 3 minutes partially covered, once heated through mix well and enjoy!
