Rice Recipe
  1. Melt 4 tablespoons of butter in a pot

  2. Add 2 cups of dry long-grain rice and sauté for about a minute (longer if you want a nuttier flavour)

  3. Add 2 crushed garlic cloves, 4 cups of water, and 2 tsp salt

  4. Let it boil until most of the water is absorbed, about 15 minutes
