Preheat 350 F
Grease 9 x 13 pan
Heat chipits, eagle brand and 2 tbsp of butter over low heat. Stir constantly until melted and smooth. Set aside.
Mix together brown sugar, melted butter, vanilla until smooth.
Stir in remaining ingredients. Mix well.
Spread ½ in the greased pan.
Then spread butterscotch mixture evenly over base.
Dot spoonful of remaining batter over top, use knife to spread over top.
Bake 30-35 minutes or until set.
Cool completely.
Cut into squares.
