Cut the chicken breast into slices (not all the way to the bottom)
Preheat oven to 180 degrees
Cut the baking sheet in 2, fold as you see in the video, tie the ends with string and open into a boat shape
Place the orange slices, lemon slices, thyme sprig and chicken breast inside the baking sheet
Pour sauce generously (leave a little aside) and put in the oven for 25 minutes
Spread a little of the sauce we saved on the chicken breast, sprinkle with a little thyme leaves and lemon zest
